With a high-strength HDF core creating a stable layer from perennial forest materials, the locking groove is covered with waterproof and noise-proof candle wax. The floor surface is scratch-resistant AC4, fire-resistant (cigarette butts), and has the best abrasion resistance.

Dongwha uses Nano silver technology to cover the surface, making the wood grain more natural and harmonious. The effect of this technology is to completely prevent dirt from sticking to the surface of the floor and protect the floor from microbial effects. Dongwha floors have a load-bearing capacity of 850kg/cm2, because the core wood is pressed with pure wood without impurities.
