• CDF Black Core Laminate Flooring can withstand surface water under normal use conditions. (No warranty against flooding)

• Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, strong mechanical impact, natural disasters or other external factors.
• Warranty does not cover natural wear and tear during use.
• The warranty does not cover problems caused by water directly affecting the floor such as flooding or long-term water immersion.
• Construction regulations for Dream Prolux 5mm floor with 1.2mm rubber foam lining, foam edges must be glued seamlessly without edge-to-edge, no foam gaps, if not done according to regulations, warranty will be void.

• Check for moisture: Before installation, make sure that the floor is free of moisture. The humidity of the floor and the air in the room must be at the ideal level according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Use underlayment: Use a suitable underlayment to reduce moisture from the floor and increase the durability of the wood floor.
• Use water sparingly when cleaning your wood floors. Have a cloth ready to soak up liquids immediately as too much water can cause the floor to swell.
• Avoid wax cleaners , vinegar, and all-purpose soaps, as they dull the finish of your floor.
• Avoid direct sunlight : Wood floors exposed to direct sunlight can cause fading and cracking. Use curtains or other sun-blocking materials.
• Don't let sand, dirt or dust build up . Vacuum or sweep your floors once a week.
