WARRANTY PERIOD: 30 YEAR WARRANTY

1. Warranty conditions:

• Applicable products: This warranty policy only applies to genuine wooden flooring products purchased from the company's official agents and stores..
• Installation conditions: The product must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's technical instructions. Errors arising from improper installation are not covered by the warranty.
• Conditions of use: The product must be used in suitable environmental conditions, avoiding contact with water, strong chemicals, or direct high temperatures.

2. Warranty Terms:

• Manufacturing defects: Lifetime warranty for wooden core if the product has a manufacturer defect, including warping, cracking, or natural rot of the wooden core.
• Product replacement: If the product has an irreparable error, the company will replace it with a new product of similar value or equivalent value.
• Costs: The company will bear all costs related to checking, repairing or replacing products with manufacturer defects.

3. Warranty Policy:

• Warranty claim process:
• Notification: Customers must notify the dealer or store where the product was purchased within 30 days of discovering the defect.
• Inspection: A company representative will inspect the product and confirm defects.
• Repair/Replacement: If the error is within the warranty scope, the company will repair or replace the product as soon as possible.
• Warranty exclusions: Warranty policy does not apply to the following cases:
• Error due to accident, natural disaster, or strong physical impact.
• Misuse or failure to follow instructions for use.
• The product is repaired or has its structure changed.
• Damage due to excessively humid environments or long-term exposure to water.
• Construction regulations for Dream Prolux 5mm floor lined with 1.2mm rubber foam, the foam edges must be glued seamlessly without edges, without the correct foam space, if the regulations are not followed, there will be no warranty.
